Free ground shipping orders over 199.00 in the lower 48 states shipped via UPS ground service. For AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, Canada and foreign orders shipping is extra. Out of USA customers are responsible for any additional customs fees and brokerage fees that may apply.

We Do Not offer air shipping overseas or domestic for liquid items like oils, waxes, aerosols, antifreeze and batteries due to air regulations. Those items can only ship via UPS ground in USA 48 lower states only.

International Shipping- We Specialize in International Shipping around the world.. Our International Shipping rates are Very Low compared to other companies. Our shopping cart accepts out of USA orders and shows shipping as (TBA) to be announced. Our International specialists will email you after you place an online order, then later email you a shipping quote before shipping your order for your approval. After you approve shipping, we process and ship your order asap!. We Do Not ship liquid items of any kind via air shipment such as oils, waxes, aerosols, antifreeze and batteries. Our primary means of shipment for International Orders is FedEx or UPS depending where in the world you are located, to assure you get the Lowest Shipping Rates. We do not ship international orders via the US Postal Service.

Canada Orders - Our primary means of shipment for Canadian Orders is usps. Customer will be responsible for all Canadian Shipping Charges, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, & Duties that may be charged to get you your product. All other fees will be collected once the product is landed in your country through your customs department. We do not ship international orders via the US Postal Service. We Do Not offer air shipping for liquid items such as oils, waxes, aerosols, antifreeze and batteries.

Back Orders - Items on back order status will remain on order and will not be charged until the day they actually are received and shipped to you. If an item is on back order over 60 days, that order will be cancelled unless we are instructed otherwise by sending us an email thru our online contact form.

Returns: No Restocking Fee!! - Return Requests must be made within 20 days of invoice date, in original, un-installed, un-opened manufacturers skin-pack packaging and in brand new condition just as you received it to be eligible for return. Items not meeting this criteria cannot be sold as new again to someone else and will be shipped back at customers expense if received that way by our returns department. If you need to re-order anything you are returning, re-order online as normal separate from this return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund shipping. Refunds are issued back to your credit card after inspecting your items, and determining their condition meets the above criteria.

Defective merchandise - Will be replaced when we receive yours back and verify it is actually is defective.

Opened Items- We cannot accept any item that is not in it's original, un-opened packaging unless it is defective. We cannot sell an opened item as new to someone else. Therefore, If it is not in it's original un-opened packaging, it is no longer re-sellable. If we cannot sell it again as new, we cannot take it back.

We maintain a high level of quality with our products, If you think you may return an item, Do Not tear open the skin pack, if we cannot sell it again as new in it's original un-opened skin pack, we cannot take it back.

Shipping Shortages - In the event of any item that is shown on the invoice but not in the shipping box, that shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving that shipment to qualify for investigation.

Payment: -We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express -Sorry no C.O.D.'s

Sales Tax - Any orders shipped outside the state of California there is No Sales Tax!! All California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax on all items purchased.
